Kid's Club is an after school program offered at the Loudoun Gymnastics Center from September until June. The program is designed to offer children ages 6 through 12 a safe, healthy and comfortable environment centered within the sport of gymnastics along with learning after school. A wide variety of activities will be offered including, gymnastics, games, arts & crafts, homework, snack and study time. School pick up time is around 2:35 pm. Kid's Club Program ends at 6:00 pm. All students enrolling in this program will be required to pay a registration fee of $55.00.

Daily Kids' Club Schedule
All students will participate in T.A.B. Time (Take A Break) for the first 30-45 minutes (snack, bathroom break and social time). From 3:30-4:00 the students will have supervised homework and study time. Games and arts and crafts will then follow, along with a gymnastics lesson from 4:30 - 5:30. This schedule may vary to accommodate the number of students enrolled in the program and the grade level of the students.

Fees/Tuition
School holidays and shorter months have been taken into account when creating the total fees. Therefore, regardless of the number of school days in the month, the fee has been broken down into equal payments for your convenience.

*A one month deposit must be paid before the first day of after school care Kids Club. This deposit will be applied to any month tuition is not paid by the 25th of that month. A new deposit must then be paid for the child to attend after school care Kids Club the following month. The deposit will be applied to the tuition for the last month of school, provided the account is current. Cash, personal checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard are all accepted.

*A one month deposit is required unless the entire year is paid in full. A discount of $50 per month is given to those who register for Kids Club or Kinder Kids and pay for the ten months (September 2008 until June 2009). Total fee is $3000.00 (not including registration fee).

*Registration Fee All students enrolling in this program will be required to pay a registration fee of $55.00.

One Month After School Care With Transportation $ 350.00

One Month After School Care Without Transportation $ 320.00

One Day After School Care With Transportation $ 35.00

One Day After School Care Without Transportation $ 30.00

One YEAR of After School Care with/ without transportation $ 3000.00

Kid's Club Discounts - A sibling discount off 5% is available each month.

Discounts

If a student is enrolled and has paid for the entire school year September until June, please deduct a total of 10% off the total price. A sibling discount of 5% is available each month. Discounts are not to be combined. No discounts are given for registration fees.
