TUITION IS PAID PER SESSION. EACH SESSION HAS TEN (10) CLASSES.When can I register my child? Registration is ongoing. Students do not need to wait for a new session to begin, they may sign up for classes at any time and we will pro-rate the tuition for that session.
Is there a registration fee? 2009-2010 There is a once yearly fee of $55.00 per child. Each child attending Loudoun Gymnastics Center must pay the full registration fee. After April 1st the registration fee is reduced by half to $27.50. The registration fee is valid from September through the end of August for that school year. Summer only participants may pay a pro-rated registration fee.
Can I pay by credit card or check?
Payments may be made by cash, credit card or check (made payable to
Loudoun Gymnastics Center). Any check returned from the bank is subject
to a $30.00 service charge. We also accept Master Card and Visa.
What is the payment policy for currently enrolled students? Tuition for each session is due ten days before the next session begins. (Example: tuition would be due on Dec. 20 for the Jan/Feb session.) Your class spot will only be guaranteed if your tuition is paid by the 1st day of the session. A late fee of $10 will be imposed if tuition is paid after the first class of the session.
Do you give refunds? Loudoun Gymnastics Center has a No Refund Policy. No refunds or credits
are given for missed classes. Registration fees will not be refunded as
these are used to cover insurance and bookkeeping costs for your child.
Future classes that are paid in full and have not yet been attended may
receive a credit for any future program at the Loudoun Gymnastics
Center.
What is your weather policy? We do not follow the Loudoun County School System. In case of bad weather please call 703-444-9298 for closing information. For classes between 9-Noon, a decision will be made by 8:00. For classes between 1-4 pm, a decision will be made by noon. For classes after 4 pm, a decision will be made at 3 pm. For classes registered through the Department of Park, Recreation and Community Services at our facility, please call 703-777-0456 for closing information.

What is your policy for making up classes? Each student is allowed two (2) make-up classes per session. To schedule a make-up class just call the main office . Make-up classes will not be carried over to the next session. A missed make-up class may not be rescheduled. Please call if you are unable to attend your make-up class so the space may be given to another child. Make-up classes may not be used as a credit toward tuition.
Make-Up Sessions will take place on the following Fridays from 5:00-7:00:
The TWO make-up classes offerred in Session #1 are October 9th November 13th
The TWO make-up classes offerred in Session #2 are December 18th January 22nd
The TWO make-up classes offerred in Session #3 are February 26th April 9 th
The TWO make-up classes offerred in Session #4 are May 14th June 18th
Loudoun Gymnastics Center may modify, change or add to the above rules and policies at its’ discretion.
